The GED is the equivalent of a high school diploma for people who did not finish high school. There are a lot of them out there and many of them offer free practice tests, study tips, practice questions etc.

Life is hard when getting marry so early and having kids. I drop out to take care of my kids and thinking about it I really need my GED so i can actually support my kids and not to depend on my husband it's not just that but to benefit me. Its hard when there is no one to take care of your kids when I want to go to school. Sometime you think that there is someone like your spouse can just give a little help and always turn you down. I want my GED and need help so is going to classes better or online.

I need my GED to make my life better
I am 18 years old. I have a 5 month old son and I just dont really have time to go to school. I think that if I get my GED now then I will be able to get a job and be able to take care of my son. He means everything to me and I want the best for him. I told myself that I was going to get my diploma but it is so hard. I make sure to tell young girls that are going down the same path I went down that its not easy and its not something you want at a young age, exspecially if you dont have a huge support system like I do. My family is wonderful, they help me as much as they can.

well the truth is that i was young and dumb and didnt think i can finish anything. i really wish i would have finish that way it woulnt be so hard on me today. And the reason why that i really want to do this is because i have two kids and i dont want them to quit like i did. So i figured if i get my ged that maybe they will want to finish school.

I am 53, have about 40 credit hours, I have taken a GED about 33 years ago.I started my own company and have been self employed for the past 10 years, 3 years ago I became ill and could not work anymore. Iam currently awaiting an organ transplant.I would like to go back to school while waiting (if possible) I have contacted the college where I attended and received my transcripts. However, my problem is I cannot locate the place where I took my GED. I would like to know if anyone knows where I can take an accredited online GED program since it is difficult for me to travel to and from any classes at this time,and after that other online programs.
